Carolyn says:



* Drink a big glass of water as soon as you wake up to rehydrate your cells.* Put your phone (or old school alarm clock :)) across the room.* Do some stretching.* Use a minty toothpaste, first thing!







Becca says:



* Don’t press SNOOZE.* Don’t look at screens before bed.* Try to go to sleep 1/2 hour earlier than normal.* Aim for a ninety minute sleep cycle.
