Amended Trust Questionnaires (ACQs)
- We are still in the process of sending out the Amended Client Questionnaires (ACQs). We will use the information provided in this document to create your Amended Personal or IP/Personal Trusts. With our integration of Salesforce, the ACQs will be sent via email from Conga Sign, not Citrix RightSignature.
