22:11 - Bex - According to my EROS scale, my body water percentage is going up as I’m taking weight off. Why is that?

26:20 - Amy - Due to several health reasons, I’m not where I thought I would be with weight loss when I started your program a year ago. But I’m making progress on my mindset with this situation. (I have some suggestions here for everyone dealing with mindset work.)
