00:29:38 - Kristen - The body reads all stress as stress, whether it comes from exercise or a bad day. However, sometimes a really hard workout can resolve my emotional stress. Do the endorphins of exercise cancel out some of the emotional stress?
00:31:17 - Caroline - Having music in your videos is a nice change for me. May I suggest something less electronic and more age-relevant? That electronic noise is enough to send me away.
