answering one of my followers questions “how to heal from a break up”, even though there is question isn’t linear, and is very different from us all… Here’s from my own experience of dealing with a break up without having kids and also with having kids.
I think we get the word healing very misconstrued healing is a journey it’s not an overnight fix, especially after a break up. Especially after a break up with a narcissist. Especially after a break up after having babies. I speak my honest opinion in the moment, but I can touch on this subject all day, as I myself heal from a six-year relationship and two babies later, and become a single mom in the last year, this is so some thing I am healing from every single day, and becoming a better version of myself… The trauma, the lessons, the memories, and everything that comes along with it will probably stick with me forever… But I learn not to be better but be better .
