Dan is the Chancellor of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education where he leads the 14 state universities in Pennsylvania that currently educate over 100,000 students. He previously led Postsecondary Success at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and was Vice Provost at the University of California overseeing Academic Planning and Programs.
