Qantas has announced a $925 million profit alongside major changes to its frequent flyer program and new seasonal nonstop flights from Sydney to Las Vegas starting December. The airline is introducing status credit rollovers of up to 50%, eliminating points club, and launching an improved reward seat search tool. The airline is also outsourcing hundreds of cabin crew jobs to Singapore while receiving 40 of its 200-plus new aircraft orders, with another 30 arrivals expected in the next 18 months.
