Qatar’s intelligence posture poses a grave and immediate danger to international security. Doha has not only blurred the lines between counterterrorism and covert enablement, but has weaponized its intelligence services to empower extremist groups, facilitate clandestine operations, and undermine regional governments. The world must recognize this threat and respond with urgency.
