Tom Hills joins Jimmer Lowe for an Episode of Q'd Up.

Tom Hills has been performing comedy in Eastern Ontario for the past year.  Having recently moved back to his hometown of Brockville, Tom finds humor in transitioning back to small town life and the realization that he is a young adult in a middle aged body.
