- I see from your education that you are more of a business person which seems to align with Netflix strategy on (recruiting should understand business), how did that help you? And how did you manage to recruit for wildly different functions?
- Beside the technical abilities what are the personality treats that makes you want to hire someone
- Is hiring automate-able? Using something like Netflix recommendation engine to recommend engineers for teams (given that there is relevant and enough data to get such system working)
- When hiring for different levels, what are the technical and personal treats you would look for?
- Many Egyptian artists are very excited that Netflix is in the production business in Egypt, for people in creative industry how can they get Netflix attention to showcase their work
- How do you see someone moving from one company to another in less than a year?
