20智慧在街上呼喊，在廣場揚聲，
21在鬧市中心呼喚，在城門口發言，說：
22「幼稚的人，你們喜愛幼稚，傲慢人自己貪愛傲慢，愚妄人恨惡知識，要到甚麼時候？
23你們要轉過來注意我的責備，我就向你們傾吐心意，告知你們我要說的話。」
