Tom Landry, the great NFL Football coach led the Dallas Cowboys to multiple Super Bowl Championships. One of the most successful football coaches, he certainly knew how to achieve his goals.

As Tom Landry Says, "Setting a goal is not the main thing. It is deciding how you will go about achieving it and staying with that plan."

Once you have the What, decide on The How, and stick with that plan until you achieve your goal.
