Janina is one of my co-workers and fellow Toastmasters. She posted this quote, which I think is usually attributed to Anonymous. Since we don't know who said it originally, I am going to attribute it to Janina, since she is the person that shared it to our office.

This is a very simple quote with great impact. We all have fears. Whether it's the fear of failure, the fear of success, or what Napoleon Hill, in his book. Outwitting The Devil, the most dangerous fear, the Fear of Poverty.

The key is to have Dreams that are bigger than those fears. If you want something more than you fear getting it, it will make it that much easier to keep going toward it.

The second part of the quote is, "and your actions louder than your words." We can talk all you want. If you don't do, you won't have. It's that simple. There's a philosophy in the martial arts I studied. The Sanmitsu - Thought, Word & Deed.  All three are key. The Dream, The Words and The Deed. Your Deed, your Action must be louder than your Words.

You can go out and Get The Goals You Set! You have to have a dream that is bigger than your fears and then you have to go out and Do the actions it takes to achieve them.
