Eugene Chen is one of the hardest working people I know. I know Eugene, very well. Eugene was on our Goal Getting Podcast, Episode 24, Toastmaster to Goals Master.

Eugene is a co-worker and a fellow Toastmaster. Eugene served as the President of our company Toastmasters Club last year. He is now the E4 Area Director which includes our company club.  Listen to Episode 24 to learn more about Eugene.

On the show, I asked Eugene the same question I ask all of my guests.  "What Quote Hangs on Your Wall"?  This is his quote.

There are many people that are very talented that don't really want to work hard. Or, they may even believe that they don't have to work hard.  Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't want to work hard.

You can, with drive, determination, passion and hard work, do things that someone with talent won't do. It doesn't take talent to do many things. You can get far with the skills you learn.

Be like Eugene and work hard, work smart and excel!
