Randy Pausch, Carnegie Mellon University Professor, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and died a couple years later. Before he passed away, he gave a lecture, his last lecture that has gone on to be one of the most revered talks.

The quote itself is also very inspirational, because it comes from someone who faced a big brick wall in his life.

The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out; the brick walls are there to show us how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people that don't want it bad enough. They're there to stop the 'other' people."

This is a great thought that we can all hold in our hearts and minds when we get to obstacles that try to keep us from achieving our dreams.

So when you feel like you have a brick wall keeping you from achieving your goals and dreams, remember, it isn't there for you! It's there for the "OTHER" people. If you really want your goal, your dream, bad enough you will find a way around, over or through the wall.

Go out today, and climb those walls. Go out and Get the Goals You Set.
