Training is tough. Doing it every day, is tough. But to be a Champion at what you want to do, you have to prepare, you have to train, you have to study, you have to become the best.  Ali was a Champion. Like most Champions in sports, they do what it takes to get to where they want to be. They put in the hours, the weeks, the years even,  of consistent training to Get The Goals They Set. They do what needs to be done.

Why? They know that they have to Suffer Now to be able to live their life as a Champion.

You are the one that gets up early to do what needs to be done. You are the one that stays up late to put in the time and energy to achieve your goals.
