Jim Morrison, the lead singer of The Doors, who unfortunately left the world too early due to bad decisions, speaks an important truth here. These are not song lyrics, but truth. The best way to overcome your fears is to confront those fears. Meet them head on and then when you overcome them that fear will have no power over you. You can have the freedom to be to who or what you want to without the fear. So, remove the fear that is holding you back by meeting the fear, doing the thing that you fear most. When you do that, you can move on.

What is the fear that is holding you back? Will you be better if you overcome that fear. Now is the time to look your fear in the eye . . . . and poke it with a stick!

Go out today, kick that fear out of your life. Kick the fears to the curb. Be the you that you have set out to be.
