Whatever you're thinking, think bigger.
~~ Tony Hsieh

I like this quote, because it is all about dreaming bigger! When you have a dream, a goal, if it is big, then you need to dream bigger. Tony Hsieh as started and grown at least two companies s that have become bigger than he ever planned.

You should dream outside of your comfort zone and strive to set your goals so they make you uncomfortable. If you can easily do it, it's not really a goal. If there isn't some nervousness that you might not make it, than there is no real urgency of sense of accomplishment.

So whatever you're thinking, think bigger.

I don't know if you know who Tony Hsieh (shay) is, but all I can say is you need to find out. Tony is the Founder of Zappos.com.  I am a big fan of Zappos.com and I've never purchased anything from them, nor do I recall even going to their website, Zappos.com.

However, I did read Tony Hsieh's book, Delivering Happiness and was inspired by him and what he has built with Zappos. As I am fond of saying, I think Zappos is a customer service company that just happens to sell shoes.

My feelings about Zappos, as a company aren't because of reading the book. It is based on an experience I had with Zappos in 2008.  They called my on my cell (still don't know how they got it, but was glad they had it) one evening and asked if I was trying to buy a pair of shoes on their website and pay with my credit card. They said that I wasn't their target demographic and not the typical buyer of their shoes (at that time, I think they only sold women's shoes).

When I said no, they thanked me and said they would cancel the charges and credit my account. This was unexpected and when I contacted my credit card company they confirmed that my credit card was used by someone trying  purchase something at Zapphos and also purchased a plane ticket for several hundred dollars.

Zappos' pre-emptive strike and notice that I as not one of their customers as freaky as it was, made a fan for life.
