This is such a simple quote, but oh so powerful! Tina Fey is a really funny comedian. She has been on Saturday Night Live and starred in 30 Rock. She is incredibly funny, but this is a serious quote from her.

What she is saying is absolutely correct in my opinion. You don't make mistakes.  You create educational opportunities. If you make mistakes, you can learn what not to do the next time.  When you do things that aren't right, don't think of them as mistakes. Learn from them and take advantage of the opportunity to do better next time, to grow.
