Welcome back to the Quarter Portion Podcast, the only Star Wars podcast that has at least attempted to read the sacred Jedi texts! While Pat's searching for real estate on the Forest Moon of Endor, Chris is here to answer one of the questions we get asked the most: "where do I start with Star Wars books?" As our favourite book of the current Canon is "Bloodline" by Claudia Gray, Chris explores the books currently set in the thirty years between Episodes VI and VII, and how they enhance the overall narrative (without spoiling anything, so you can still enjoy them for yourself!). The Marvel comics and Star Wars: Resistance also come up - the Sequel era may seem sparse on details, but there's a lot of great stories across all forms of Star Wars media!
