Our guest this time is one of the Quake community’s MVPs: ericw. Eric has been involved in Quake mapping for years but in the past few he’s transitioned to an engine and tools programmer. Starting with improvements to Quakespasm and significant contributions to TrenchBroom, ericw has also upgraded map compiling to new heights with “ericw-tools.” We’ll hear some of his future programming plans and some of his history with the acclaimed Arcane Dimensions mod.
