Drew J. Davis is a Certified Life & Performance Coach working with student & professional athletes and currently resides in Los Angeles, Ca.. He was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and is a proud graduate of Montbello High school. He obtained 26 full-ride athletic scholarships but ultimately chose the University of Oregon in December of 2006 to continue his education and athletic career. During high school, he held a 4.0 GPA and graduated early in order to attend the U of O in the Spring of 2007. He was awarded the Franklin D. Watkins Award which is given to the most prestigious African-American male student-athlete in the nation. Drew played wide receiver for the Ducks & helped to elevate the school as they won back to back Pac 10 Championships for the first time in school history his final two seasons. He was also a primary contributor in the Ducks reaching their first National Championship during the 2010-2011 season. He graduated with a degree in psychology and was later selected as a free agent in 2011 by the Atlanta Falcons where he played for four years. Drew knew he wanted to contribute more to the development of student-athletes off the field with their life and career endeavors & believed he would be better suited in this area due to his passion for helping others. Drew was hired by his former college coach, Chip Kelly, as the Director of Player Development at The University of California, Los Angeles in 2018. Drew worked directly with UCLA student-athletes off the field providing assistance in areas such as resumes, cover letters, internships, community service, health and wellness, and career preparation. Drew has aspirations of being a Sports and Performance Psychologist to assist high performing individuals reach their full potential in their career and life. Drew is an advocate for mentoring children and young adults while championing the importance of literacy. After completing his 4th year with the UCLA Bruins, Drew made the decision to start his own business full time. Drew specializes in life, career, and mental performance coaching. Drew started Quality over Quantity LLC to reach people who could benefit from having a coach to assist in reaching & discovering their optimal performance levels, goals, aspirations, and discovering their passions. He looks forward to working with teams, universities, and organizations as his business grows to reach as many of those in need of his services. Drew has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, Certificate in Advanced Leadership, is a certified Life Coach through Life Purpose Institute, studied Sport Coaching at the University of Denver, and currently attends The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles California & will graduate in May of 2023 with an Associates in Occupational Studies.
