Tiffany Burns is the broker of record and co-founder of Monument Realty. After a successful career as a highly regarded CPA, Tiffany went all in on real estate. She made her mark in the industry initially through flipping properties. Her philosophy was to take an ugly duckling and create a swan when most were satisfied with just making the ugly duck less ugly. She developed a passion for going above expectations and creating unique experiences. Monument Realty began at her kitchen table and grew to about 7 agents, and then about 20 and 33 and now 5 years later she and co-founder and CEO Eddie Burns have a real estate firm of over 1,000 positive, Professional and Productive agents.
