It started with her determination to complete her Girl Scout Gold Award Project, but now has grown into a determination of uplifting her community, and providing a platform for young women in leadership positions to flourish without the bias of society holding them down. 

Neha Saggi is a senior in high school, located in Nashville, who has taken quarantine to build out "LeadHERship Conference" , a platform for young girls in leader positions and believes more women should be in power, with the time to do so being NOW!

The founder of Nerd.sq 's rough past of being bullied all throughout middle and high school, inspired him to take the label, "nerd" and embrace who he was. By the time high school ended, Rojas had created his business without realizing the positive effects it would have on teens all around the world, experiencing peer pressure, bullying, and traumatic school experiences.
