I am officially 25 years old! Life transitions of any kind have always been difficult for me so this year on my birthday I’m taking us all through a list of practical tips that I have gathered to combat feeling behind in life. 
These include my thoughts on the positive results of resolving conflicts specifically during this quarter-life crisis, why muting on social media is helpful for us all to avoid this type of anxiety to begin with and my thoughts on the balance between productive self reflection and the overindulgence in itself.
