👂🏻Colloquial phrases to listen for:

actuellement ✨ = un faux-ami (false-friend) of “actually”. It means “currently”. It is also often better than “maintenant” to talk about a period of time, “maintenant” evokes the exact moment one is speaking in right now. 

après tout - ou, “en fin de compte” = after all “Mais après tout, c'est peut-être plus pratique d'y aller en voiture” (But after all, maybe it's more convenient to go by car)

un très bon prof - “une professeure” reste très peu employé, it is hardly used in France.
