Today’s guest is Calexico High School Teacher and Professional bodybuilder Mrs Iveth Edith Hirales. We talked about how she went from being a spectator at a local bodybuilding competition so wanting to be on that stage to actually placing 1st place on this competition as well as others. She told us on what it took to prepare to get to where she is, her struggles and successes and how everything so far has paid off for her.
