Would you rather have the ability to go back in time or look into the future? ... It's a question we're sure everyone has been asked before, but why? A lot of us like to think that tomorrow is promised to us. We plan our futures and map out our goals in journals and dream boards but fail to realize that the future isn't actually real. It's merely a concept, yet it seems to be responsible for a large amount of the pressure we continue to put on ourselves in the present. Sometimes we wish we had a remote control for life but not having one is what makes the present that much more magnificent. In this week's episode, we talk all about living in the moment and letting things go. We should all try to take a page out of Jeanelle's book as she is basically the epitome of going with the flow.
