This week the Motivated Martial Artists Jackson White and Gavin Cook talk to Professional MMA fighter US Army Flyweight Kickboxing Champion and Lifelong Martial Artist Jennifer Waters.

Jennifer is a 2nd generation martial artist from Augusta, GA adopting the love for the sport from her father, training in her fathers gym and at home from the age of 3 and has carried on with martial arts for her entire life. Jennifer says she has a passion for sparing from a young age as she was very competitive and loved to win but she also believed the every loss she went though was a learning curve that taught her important life lessons.

She began her MMA career in 2016 with her first MMA fight being anything but boring, it was considered the "Fight of the Night" winning by Unanimous decision after some very intense rounds in the cage!

Jennifer holds a 4th Dan in Tetu Shin Ryu Kempo Karate
1st Dan in MMA 
1st Dan in Kempo-Jitsu
 4th Stripe Blue Belt in RCJ Machado Jiu-Jitsu.  
She owns and operates 2 Seigler's Karate Center locations with her family and is a 2x Kickboxing Champion as well as the CEO of Defensive Training Systems tune in this week to hear some inspiring stories from a awesome martial artist and successful business woman.
