Hey Queens! Are you ready to be motivated and inspired? Well this chat is for YOU. I had the amazing opportunity to interview the incredible Kristy Sellars, a world-renowned pole choreographer and performer based in Ballarat, Australia. She was the first in the world to incorporate video projection interaction with pole work which she is now most famous for. In 2007, she tried pole dancing and was instantly hooked. She founded PhysiPole Studios in 2009 which has grown to be the largest franchise of its kind in the world with 17 studio locations. After numerous teaching and performing tours around the world, she then had her three children and set herself a goal to enter Australiaβs Got Talent in 2019 when her youngest was 6 months old. She went on to WIN Australiaβs Got Talent and continued to expand her love of business creating new brands βThe Enviro Coβ and βPolescriptionβ, both ecommerce stores. Buckle up because this one is a goodie.

Hey Queens! Hope youβre having a wonderful day or night, wherever youβre listening. Last week, I had the pleasure of interviewing Odreii. Born and raised in Montreal, RnB Soul singer songwriter Odreii grew up in a very musical environment. After studying music in London and winning multiple songwriting contests, she returned to Montreal and toured with Naadei around Canada. Some of their performances took place at big festivals (which we will discuss in the ep) and they even opened for Wyclef Jean! In 2019, Odreiiβs popular single 'Runs In Mi Blood' was one of the most played tracks on Quebec's English radio stations. Her following single Go Solo was released in 2020 and got her the iHeartRadio artist of the month title in June.
In this episode, we chat about how a near death experience shaped her relationship to martial arts and we get deep into her music journey where I give you a little taste of her latest single 'A Game' which I am sooo obsessed with! We also delve into mindset and how she manifests her Queen energy π Needless to say, Odreii is a true gem and I had so much fun catching up with her. Enjoy the episode!
