Filmmaker and Producer Goldbloom Micomonaco opens up about their upbringing in an Italian Jewish family, being queer in sports, and their short film Parry Riposte. 

They also advocate for the equal treatment of transgender people in the film industry.

Goldbloom Micomonaco’s work focuses on the intersections of faith and community. Their film Wet (2018) was screened as part of TiffxInstgram, Toronto New Wave, Maximum Exposure18, and Trans Film Fest. Their music video TwiggDrive Freestyle by Mirza won best Music Video at the Dreamhouse Collective Film Fest.
