Qiyun is the creator of The Weird and Wild (@theweirdandwild), an Instagram account where she creates accessible environmental content across a range of topics through illustrations. Be it collaborating with organizations or translating technical climate content, Qiyun combines her training in environmental studies with the power of social media to build capacity and awareness of complex climate issues through visuals and other digital tools. With a breadth of experience working in environmental organizations and corporations, Qiyun recognizes the complexities and complications in climate action from different stakeholders and believes in making this information available to a larger audience.

She recently started a Southeast Asian-focused climate change newsletter on Substack titled "From The Tropics" that aims to provide nuanced commentaries and resources on regional climate issues.
