Wyl is a Head Coach of MVRCK™, a strength and conditioning facility in Singapore.
MVRCK was started 6 years ago with the intention of raising the standards of athletes and professionalism of the fitness industry. They currently have 2 locations at Alexandra and Macpherson.
Having been in the industry for more than a decade and a competitive CrossFit athlete, Wyl wanted to challenge the perception of traditional grungy, garage-styled barbell gyms. Paired with carefully curated equipment and high quality coaching, they lay the foundation of MVRCK.
Wyl believes working out to be a form of self care, both physically and mentally - as he has his vision set on MVRCK becoming one of the best gyms in Singapore
