Clipped from #77. The older I get the more I question my integrity. Ask yourself the question: Am I doing the right thing? Along with that I've learned that you never get rid of your insecurities. Someday's you beat them sometimes they beat you; and if you're in a relationship instead of getting defensive do what you can to help your partner win the battle, that's taking place in their head.
