Questioning Sanity | Real Ghost Stories

What do you do when a friend claims to see and chase spirits that only they see around the house?

Here is a preview of the story.

“Now we are there in the master bedroom peeking under the door for longer than I cared to do so. Every few minutes he would scream "there it is" and jump up and try to chase something that clearly did not exist. I began to question his sanity.

After about three weeks he was getting ready to give the keys back to the landlord as he had already left the house in favor of a hotel.

We decided to have a party with a few friends in the house because it was a nice place. It had three levels, A main floor with kitchen, living room and dining room. The other two levels were beside that part of the house and consisted of bedrooms upstairs and a bar and creepy room in the basement. 

Around 2 or 2 30 everyone decides to call a cab and go home. I however did not want to call my own cab as I was going to a different location, So I told my friends that I would instead be staying the night at the house. My friend who at this point I was beginning to think was a little crazy start warning me that the house is haunted.

I was not a believer in the paranormal and declined his advice that I do not stay there. He urges me one last time as the cab sat parked out front of the house, I told him I was fine and not to worry as everyone was running down to the cab upon hearing the house was haunted."
