Inspired by William Ernest Henley's fantastic poem, Invictus, I sit down for a casual chat about the 'Endurance Mindset', that 'Never Say Die' mentality that is popular amongst Navy seals and silicon valley start-ups. 

Join me as I reflect on when I've employed this frame of mind in the past and how I think it has affected me in the long run.
