A while back I answered a question on social media business page. "What could you tell your younger self if you could go back in time?"

My answer was ITS MORE THAN JUST RENT EMILY. Her comment back was "please elaborate" so here it is! 

Your overhead + operating expenses is MORE than rent. Your space you're renting, leasing, occupying etc is more than the "rent".
