Questions raised over who benefits from New York's ferry subsidies

No New York transit service is paid for entirely by the fare. A recent report found that while subway straphangers get a dollar each from the city, the new ferry system receives $10 dollars in city subsidies per ride. As Moira Warburton reports, this is raising questions about the cost and benefits of the ferries.
