Like Tanisha Scott (4:40), Jade is not playing games. Soon after releasing the recap of Episode 5, Jade releases the recap for Episode 6 'Girl Run That Sh*t Back,' where the Grrrls are put to the test with the Elements Event, i.e. pyro, wind, platforms, and narrow steps.

In true Jade fashion, she always finds a way to reflect back to her own life as she dissects each episode. During the break down of this episode Lizzo brings up therapy during a sit down the with the Grrrls. Jade is prompted to share her current struggle with finding the right therapist (20:09).

She continues to break down the rest of the episode and shares her thoughts on the 4 Grrrls that were asked to dance for their lives (32:17).
