Quibi Terms of Service Highlights: 

• Word Count: 6198 
• Arbitration Agreement: Yes
• New Word: Tortious - constituting a tort; wrongful. 
• Quibi explicitly calls out in section 1 (registration) users are not allowed to use a password for the Quibi service that is already in use on another service. 
• Similar to Disney, Quibi gives users a license to access content, not ownership. 
• Based on section 6 (voting) Quibi is/will be making some of their content interactive.
• Section 2 (subscriptions) has an interesting call out about Quibi’s fee structure. They are able to charge users for new features, content or additions to the App that may be made available from time to time. Makes you wonder what they are working on. 
• Apple is a 3rd party beneficiary of Quibi’s terms of service and has its own section within the TOS (section 25). Basically, section 25 calls out what Apple is and isn’t responsible for when a person uses the Quibi service.
