Military service members face a lot of uncertainty when they leave the uniform behind. The National Restaurant Association’s Educational Foundation recognizes the skill and talent of members of the military and has several programs to help them land good restaurant jobs. Dr. Ed Walden leads the military and apprenticeship programs for the foundation and took time to speak about how they benefit service members.
