I’m here today with a guest who has some hard-won and helpful wisdom. Michelle Willett spent more than a decade homeless on the streets of Los Angeles as a child. From her personal trauma she developed a system to help others create ‘Wellness in Chaos’. Her Mindfulness techniques are unconventional, unique and easy to apply to everyday life.


Michelle is a Thought Transformationalist, Co-Founder of Balance Your Path and Co-Author of The 5 Steps to Wellness Series.
