In this episode, I talk about one of the most recent big changes in my life.  I started running!

I've barely lifted any weights for the past year and a half. I would go to the gym to play basketball and that's about it. My thought process was "I'm already in alright shape. I'm not training to play organized sports. I'm in my golden weight zone. What's the point of trying so hard in the gym?"

I've just been drifting when it comes to going to the gym. But recently I decided to start taking running seriously so I can push myself and see what my body is capable of
