With so many variations from race to race: crowds, course, weather, and more...it's hard to sometimes gauge if you're training is really helping you get faster or not.  Enter in...timed trials.  Add a large dose on consistency to the mix and it's a lot easier to tell where your current fitness lies.  Today's episode we'll discuss what time trials are and all the details you'll need to add them into your program.

Stopwatches are inexpensive and great to have for this purpose.  You can also find a running watch with a variety of price ranges and features.
