Hey Friends ...technical difficulties prevented me from recording a new episode this week, so please enjoy this past recording of a topic we can all relate to:

We all have experiences where our thoughts are racing, and our nervous system is feeling stressed from something going on in our lives.  Regulating this nervous energy can be challenging, and many people suffer from overwhelming bouts of anxiety.  

Today I talk about several strategies you can use to distract yourself from these thoughts and feelings. Ways you can quickly redirect your energy, and calm your body & your mind.
