- What is the negative of collateralising with other property?

- I bought a property 3 years ago and it has done really well - growing in value. Should I hold onto it or sell? I feel there are other markets that will do better over the next few years. 

- With all the fixed rates ending, are we seeing an increase in mortgage stress and forced sales?
