Tom has been addicted to the culture shaping powers of continuous improvement for about 18 years now.... since he was formally introduced to the practice in grad school. 

Not what you typically think when you think 'nerd' and 'continuous improvement'.  It's more than solving problems.  It's navigating the space between success and significance. At the personal level and at an organizational level.
