This meditation focuses on body relaxation, opening, and a short visualization of creating your future self. This vision that you create of what you are doing, who you are talking to, and most importantly, how you feel, can be carried into your waking life. Consider the possibility that you have now brought this future self closer to you, and that it is a blueprint of a possible future that lies ahead.
