Quincy Carr was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He is a Navy Veteran, with a passion for laughs, as a self made comedian with roots in Hampton Roads. He currently hosts a plethora of the areas comedy events as well as co-host of the popular Hampton Roads morning show “Living 757”.
