Neat Conversations is ecstatic to welcome Quintin Mikell to the show. Mikell played safety for Boise State from 1999-2002. He was the 2002 WAC Defensive Player of the Year and is ranked second for career tackles at Boise State with 401. Quintin was a crucial part in the Broncos rise to national relevancy in the early 2000s. He went undrafted in 2003 and signed with the Philadelphia Eagles. Mikell went on to have a very successful 11 year NFL career. He is a 2x NFL All-Pro and was selected to the 2009 Pro Bowl. After his playing career, Quintin spent time as the Director of Player Engagement for the Eagles. Today, Mikell is the Defensive Coordinator for Rocky Mountain High School.
